  • Yes—custom color schemes, fabric choices, and size changes are possible. Let’s talk about what you need!

  • Typically 1–2 weeks depending on the design and my current workload.

  • All items are handmade and shipped from Westford, MA.

  • Yes—if you're nearby, choose local pickup at checkout or message me to coordinate.

  • Ready-to-ship items usually go out within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location.

  • Right now, I ship within the U.S., but feel free to reach out for special requests.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Custom pieces are final sale unless there’s a quality issue. If there’s a problem, contact me—I want you to love your purchase!

  • Please email me with photos right away. I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

  • Yes! I love connecting at local craft events. Check my Events page to see where I’ll be next.
